What to Expect at Your First Visit With Women’s Pelvic Care
Please plan to arrive 20 minutes PRIOR to your appointment time in order to complete the New Patient check-in process.
- You will be contacted 1 week prior to your appointment and again 48 hours before your appointment to remind you and request that you CONFIRM your appointment.
- If you will be unable to keep your appointment, please contact the office immediately.
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 Cancelation/ No Show Fee.
- Please bring your completed New Patient Paperwork, your insurance card, and your photo ID. Please keep in mind that all insurance copays are due at the time of service.
